    简历：硕士，毕业于中科院上海技术物理研究所。毕业以来就一直在于通信行业的工作，先后从事过产品研发，市场拓展和产品行销，有近13年的通信行业背景和经验，历任华为公司中东北非区、欧洲区数通产品部部长，华为公司全球行业网络拓展部部长。现任华为公司中国区行业IP解决方案部部长。对政府，金融，石油、电力、交通等行业通信领域有深刻研究和专业看法。

Eng., Optical Electronics Engineering，graduated from Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics(SITP), Chinese Academy of Science(CAS), worked in telecommunication industry from graduation, engaged in products R&D, R&D management, marketing, and products sales, has a industry experience of more than thirteen years, served as director of Huawei data product sales in MENA and Europe region and then Director of Huawei global enterprise network  product sales, the current Director of IP products sales in China region of Huawei. Has deep research and professional opinion of telecommunication development trends specially in industry area, such as e-government, e-financial, e-patrol, e-power, e-transportation, and so on.
